Kenneth Cuchiara is the President & CEO of the Arizona Archery Club LLC. Located in Phoenix, Arizona. Kenny started his professional career as a jazz musician and graduated top of his class from the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA in 1977 with a degree in instrumental performance. After, a successful career as a musician , Kenny joined the Fletcher Jones auto group in Las Vegas, Nevada and advanced to General Manager. Kenny Subsequently managed several automotive dealerships in the Southwestern United States.

His career in management led him to the ownership of many businesses such as software and technology companies, all of which he sold in the 1990’s. Kenny then successfully managed his own mortgage brokerage with Morgan Capital and Benchmark Home Mortgage. His passion since he was a young man has been the outdoors and hunting. He and his son Tony share the same excitement with archery and archery hunting. Together they have made a dream come true with the opening of the Arizona Archery Club. Kenny resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife of 37 years, Susan Cuchiara.

Tony Cuchiara started his career with the U.S. Department of State/Diplomatic Security during and after he graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona. Tony realized much success in the financial industry for the last ten years and sold his book of business to focus on creating and crafting the business plan for the Arizona Archery Club (AAC).

After much planning and preparation, the AAC became a reality. Tony is a Co-Owner of the AAC and has over 15+ years of experience in archery. Tony currently serves on several boards for non-profit entities and enjoys spending time with his two children.

Daniel started his career in archery at Sportsman’s Warehouse here in phoenix. Daniel managed the archery department and built a huge following of loyal customers/friends. Daniel’s passion for archery is fueled by his love for the outdoors.

Daniel has attended both Hoyt and Mathews School, he’s also mastered art of building custom bow strings. In addition, he is extremely thorough in anything he chooses to do. He enjoys sporting events with his girl friend Tarin.

Chris is from Arizona and grew up in an archery family. Chris is a competitive target shooter and avid bow hunter. Chris moved to Utah to work in a archery pro shop. On that journey in his life he worked for both Hoyt and Easton in Salt Lake.

After a brief vacation from the Arizona heat he decided to come back to Arizona. Chris is extremely meticulous when it comes to working on his equipment and he is equally as thorough when it comes to his customers gear.

Jake Willis is an Arizona Native and grew up in an archery family. Majority of his years growing up were swallowed up with competitive soccer, which eventually took Jake as far as junior college. Jake still plays Soccer as often as he can but his heart is in the outdoors. Jake harvested his first archery bull elk at the age of thirteen, shooting fingers.

When he is not at the Arizona Archery Club he is most certainly out Hunting or Fishing while trying to get it all on film. He has been in the Outdoors industry and working in an archery shop for 6+ years. He values spending time with his family.

Arvid is an owner and Executive Vice President for Specialized Services, Co. He has worked alongside his family in Trenchless Technology for over 30 years. While he has traveled nationally and internationally teaching in the Trenchless Technology industry his passion has always been his love for archery and hunting. Arvid enjoys sharing his passion of archery with the next generation.

He is a level II instructor for the AAC J.O.A.D. club, he serves as a board member for USA Archery Arizona, he is a USA Archery Certified Judge. Arvid is also on the board for Saguaro Camp Cedar brook Christian Camp, he runs the archery program for the boys and girls camps. Arvid is married and the father of four, outdoors loving, archery shooting, sports loving, athletic musicians.

Ben was born and raised in Northern Illinois where he became obsessed with whitetail and small game hunting. Ben has worked in the outdoor/archery industry for over 8 years.

Ben started building his own strings and cables on a home made string jig years ago for his own personal use. Since working at the AAC and alongside Daniel Willett, Ben’s string building skills have become ideal.
